Warehouses

Each warehouse in MPH WMS operates independently with its own inventory, settings, and currency.

Adding a warehouse

1. Go to Settings → Warehouses
2. Click Add warehouse
3. Fill in the details:
   • Name - e.g., "Stockholm Warehouse"
   • Address - used as the sender address on shipping labels
   • Currency - the currency for stock valuation in this warehouse
   • Timezone - for date/time display
   • Contact - warehouse contact information
4. Click Save

Warehouse settings

Each warehouse has its own:

• Address - used as the return/sender address for shipments
• Currency - stock values are tracked in this currency
• Timezone - dates and times are shown in this timezone
• Contact details - phone, email, and contact person

Editing a warehouse

1. Go to Settings → Warehouses
2. Click on the warehouse you want to edit
3. Update the fields
4. Click Save

Multi-warehouse operations

When you have multiple warehouses:

• Items track stock levels independently per warehouse
• Orders can be fulfilled from any warehouse
• Inventory valuation reports can be filtered by warehouse
• Each warehouse can use a different currency
