Creating Items

Create a new item

1. Go to Items in the sidebar
2. Click Create item
3. Fill in the item details:
   • Name - the product name
   • SKU - a unique stock-keeping unit code
   • Barcode (optional) - EAN, UPC, or other barcode
   • Weight and dimensions (optional) - used for shipping calculations
   • Tax rate - the VAT percentage (e.g., 25%)
   • Tags - add tags for filtering and organization
4. Click Save

Editing items

Click on any item in the list to open its detail page. From there you can edit all fields, view stock levels, and see the movement history.

Importing items

If you connect the Shopify integration, your products will be imported automatically. Items synced from Shopify will display a Shopify badge.

Deleting items

Items can only be deleted if they have no stock movements. If an item has been part of orders or receipts, you can archive it instead to hide it from the active list.
