Stock History
Track every stock movement with a full audit trail
Every change to an item's stock level is recorded as a stock movement. This gives you a complete audit trail of what happened, when, and why.
Viewing history
- Go to Items and click on an item
- Select the History tab
- You'll see a chronological list of all movements
Movement types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Receipt | Stock received from a purchase order |
| Fulfillment | Stock picked and shipped for an order |
| Adjustment | Manual correction from a stock count |
| Transfer | Stock moved between warehouses |
Movement details
Each movement records:
- Date and time - when the movement occurred
- Quantity - how many units were affected (positive or negative)
- Unit cost - the cost per unit at the time of movement
- Total cost - quantity × unit cost
- Reference - link to the related order, receipt, or count
- User - who performed the action
