Before you can ship
Three things have to be true or a booking will be rejected:
- A complete warehouse address - line 1, postal code, city and country. See Warehouses.
- A complete delivery address on the order.
- A carrier - either your own agreement under Carrier configurations, or an MPH standard agreement.
For cross-border shipments the items also need an HS code and a country of origin.
Two ways to have a carrier
- Your own agreement. You add your carrier credentials, the carrier invoices you directly, and the MPH wallet is not involved.
- An MPH standard agreement. You activate a contract without having a carrier account of your own. Bookings are priced from the contract and charged to your prepaid wallet.
See Standard agreements.
