Bulk Shipments

Bulk shipments let you process many orders in one go - ideal for warehouses that ship high volumes daily.

Creating a bulk shipment

1. Go to Shipping → Bulk
2. Click New bulk shipment
3. Select the orders to include
4. Choose the carrier and service to use
5. Review the shipment list - verify addresses and package details
6. Click Book all

What happens

For each order in the bulk shipment:

• A shipping label is generated through the carrier's API
• A tracking number is assigned
• The tracking number is synced back to Shopify (if applicable)
• The fulfillment is marked as shipped

Printing labels

After booking, you can print all labels at once:

• Download as PDF - a combined PDF with all labels
• Send to printer - print directly via the Printer Client

Handling errors

If a shipment fails to book (e.g., invalid address), it will be highlighted in the list. You can fix the issue and retry individual shipments without affecting the rest of the batch.
