Carriers
Supported shipping carriers and how to connect them
MPH WMS connects to shipping carriers for booking shipments, printing labels, and tracking deliveries. All carrier credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Supported carriers

Connecting a carrier
- Go to Settings → Carrier Configs
- Click Add carrier
- Select the carrier and enter your credentials
- Click Save

Common features
All carrier integrations support:
- Shipment booking - create shipments and get labels via the carrier's API
- Label printing - download PDF labels or print via the Printer Client
- Tracking - tracking numbers with links to the carrier's tracking page
- Cancellation - cancel booked shipments before pickup
Some carriers also support:
- Service point lookup - find nearby pickup points for the recipient
- Pickup booking - schedule a driver pickup at your warehouse
- Bulk shipments - consolidated shipments on a single pallet
- Address validation - verify delivery addresses before booking
