Manage physical inventory and stock accuracy
Inventory is where you keep the system's idea of your stock in line with what is actually on the shelf. Accurate stock prevents overselling, cuts short picks, and is what your valuation report is built on.

Use an adjustment for a one-off correction you are certain about. Use a count when you are walking the shelves and want the numbers checked before they land.
