Pinned pages and saved views
Above the main navigation are two extra blocks:
- Your pins - any page or saved view you pinned yourself.
- Group pins - shortcuts pushed to you by a user group. You cannot remove these; an admin manages them under Settings → User groups.
On most list pages you can save the current set of filters as a saved view, keep it private or share it with the team, and pin it to the sidebar. That is how you give packers a "ready to ship, my warehouse" list without teaching them the filter builder.
Header
- Command palette -
⌘K(orCtrl+K) jumps to any page or record, including pages that are not in the sidebar such as goods receipts. - Docs - opens the documentation page for whatever you are looking at.
- Notifications - the bell shows staff notifications such as a new return request, a filed freight claim, or a low shipping wallet.
- AI assistant - a side chat panel that knows which order, item or receipt is on screen. Configure it under Settings → AI assistant.
- Theme toggle - light or dark.
Warehouses
Stock, settings, currency and timezone are per warehouse. Most list pages have a Warehouse filter, and you can set the warehouse you usually work in under Settings → Account, which becomes your default starting point.
