Creating an Account

Sign up

1. Go to the MPH WMS sign-up page.
2. Enter your email address and choose a password, or continue with Google.
3. Click Create account.
4. Verify your email. Until you do, the app shows a verification notice instead of letting you continue.

Signing up creates your user. Your organization and first warehouse are created in onboarding, on the next two screens.

Joining an existing organization

If a colleague invited you, open the invitation link from the email instead of signing up cold. That attaches your new user to their organization, with whatever role and permissions they picked for you. Signing up separately creates a second, empty organization.

Two-factor authentication

Enable 2FA from Settings → Account:

1. Click Enable 2FA.
2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
3. Enter the verification code to confirm.
4. Store the backup codes somewhere safe. They are the only way back in if you lose the device.

An owner or admin can require 2FA for the whole organization under Settings → Team. When that is on, anyone without 2FA is redirected to set it up before they can use the app.

Sessions

Settings → Account lists your active sessions and lets you sign out of any of them, which is what you want after signing in on a shared packing-station browser.
