Platforms

A platform connection brings orders into MPH WMS and pushes stock and fulfilments back out, so the warehouse and the storefront agree about what exists.

What a connection controls

Each connection has its own settings, so two stores can behave completely differently:

• Default warehouse and currency for orders that arrive without them
• Which channel location maps to which warehouse, with rules per location
• Sync products / sync orders / push inventory, each independently switchable
• Unfulfilled orders only, so you do not import history you will never ship
• The order import cutoff - a hard date and time before which nothing is imported
• Fulfilment reporting - report back on shipment, on fulfilment, or not at all
• Import rules - only import orders matching conditions you define
• Field mapping - map channel fields, metafields and attributes onto MPH fields
• Order type and shipping template rules - decide how an order is handled from what it contains

Multiple connections

You can connect more than one store. Each keeps its own settings, its own cutoff and its own logs, and each order remembers which connection it came from.
